Our alpacas are looking forward to a hike on the Mitterhirschberg.
An alpaca hike includes:
- Getting to know the alpacas and building mutual trust
- Hiking together with the alpacas on halter and lead
- Duration: approx. 1.5 hours
- Walks are possible from Monday to Saturday
Elvira, Otto and Xaver will walk with us. Then you can feel the soft fur of the alpacas and they also like to be photographed ;-)
What is so special about alpaca wool?
In spring, the alpacas' valuable fleece is shorn and processed into high-quality products, partly by machine and partly by hand.
At our farm we sell shoe insoles, comforters, key rings and alpaca soaps.
The properties of alpaca fleece...
- regional and sustainable
- good heat storage due to the hollow fiber
- moisture-balancing and self-cleaning
- also suitable for allergy sufferers as the fleece contains no lanolin and has an antibacterial effect
- a completely natural product, without chemical treatment
In addition, the appreciation for the animals and the careful work make the alpaca products something very special.
