Location: Located directly on the Ybbstal cycle path and cycle path into the Steinbach valley, 1 km from the center of Göstling, 40 m to the next bus stop, 900 m to the next supermarket.
Leisure activities: rubber dinghy rides on the Steinbach beach (access from the house, 100 m), Mendlingtal experience, Lake Lunz, Ybbstal saltwater pool, Dürrenstein, Hochkar ski and hiking area, etc.
