The vacation home is located directly on the B25 about 2 km before the Hochkar Alpenstraße and is therefore the ideal starting point for your skiing vacation in the largest and snow-sure ski area in Lower Austria. 100 m walk to the bus stop and free ski bus to the ski center.

All apartments are equipped with 2 satellite TVs. Guests can use the wellness and sports facilities in the house free of charge. A drying room for ski boots and other equipment is also available to all guests. In the basement there is a sauna and infrared cabin with showers and TV, a fitness room with treadmill, stepper, ergometer and a WC. On the ground floor there is a storage room for skis and ski boots.
