In winter too, the region offers a wide range of opportunities for active and relaxing vacations. Depending on the snow conditions, winter hikes, tobogganing, bobsleighing or building snowmen invite you to share adventures in the snow-covered landscape. Cozy evenings with books or board games make for relaxing hours after an eventful day.

The family-friendly Forsteralm can be reached in around 25 minutes and is particularly suitable for beginners and children. The well-known Hochkar and Ötscher ski areas are around an hour's drive away. The town of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, just 12 kilometers away, offers ice skating opportunities.

A special highlight is actively experiencing everyday life on the farm. Working in the stables, milking or feeding the calves, guests of all ages can get to know life on a traditional farm and collect valuable memories.

♡ Out and about together. Dogs are very welcome here. There is a surcharge of € 8.00 per night for their stay. Dogs are allowed in the room. For a pleasant stay, a bowl and a cooling facility for food are available. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the public areas.
