Skiing fun with the family

The Königsberg ski area is located near Hollenstein an der Ybbs, in the heart of the Ybbstal Alps and well protected by forests. With its four T-bar lifts, the children's lift and a total of 14 kilometers of slopes, it is ideal for nature lovers and families. Highlight for all kids: For children under the age of 6, there is a particularly inexpensive snowman ticket, which allows them to use the children's ski area and the toddler rope lift for just €6.

There is also a 1 km long deep snow and mogul slope at Lift II, and part of the ski area can be covered with artificial snow if the temperatures are right. Ski lessons and rental are available on request.

Operating times: Full operation at weekends (Sat, Sun) and on public holidays from 9 am to 4 pm as well as during the Lower Austrian Christmas and semester vacations,

Partial operation during the week (alternating days: lifts 1, 2 or lifts 4 & 5. The Kinderland is open daily).
