The Ybbstal Alps WinterCard is the perfect card for families, young racers, frequent vacationers and "Dosige" (=locals) who want a little variety in their skiing.

Lackenhof am Ötscher - winter enjoyment in a mountain village

Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ski tours, snowshoe trails, winter hiking, tobogganing and relaxing. All this is possible in the small mountain village at the foot of the Vaterbergs. Even from a distance you can see the Großer Ötscher and its little brother, which with 19 kilometers of slopes offer a remarkable range of activities. 33km of groomed cross-country skiing trails and 12km of winter hiking trails await you away from the ski slopes.

Hochkar - the center for winter sports enthusiasts

With a height of 1808 m, the Hochkar is the highest ski area in Lower Austria and has therefore always been considered to have snow guaranteed. 8 modern lifts and 2 conveyor belts allow the guest to move from December to April on the 19 perfectly groomed kilometres of slopes in every degree of difficulty. Snow-covered deep-snow slopes await all freeriders for perfect powder runs.

Maiszinken - the sunny natural snow area

The skiing area in the mountaineering village of Lunz am See is perfect for beginners and families. With its children's land with fairytale forest and the drag lift, the natural snow area offers everything a beginner skier's heart desires. The Maiszinken is also perfect for a few hours of enjoyable carving and then enjoy the sun on the sun terraces of the restaurants.
