B&B Hotel Zimmerei mit Frühstück

Our guesthouse "Zimmerei mit Frühstück" is located in a quiet side street in the center of Lunz am See. Shortly after the Seebach and the Ois flow together, the Ybbs has its origin and we have our name-giving address - Ybbstraße 9.

We have always been fascinated by the central location right next to the river and the magnificent view of the Scheiblingstein. That's why we decided to renovate the former shoemaker's house with respect for the town center, but with contemporary architecture.

During the conversion, we placed particular emphasis on reducing CO2 greenhouse gases in the implementation and use of the building. Thanks to hot water heat recovery, ground storage for cooling in summer and an energy source in winter, the building not only saves up to 85% of valuable energy, but also maintains a healthy indoor climate - no matter where.

A total of 14 guest rooms in all categories are available to our guests on 2 floors for overnight stays in Lunz am See. Thanks to the panoramic glazing from east to west, the mountains around the Scheiblingstein and Lake Lunz seem close enough to touch.

In addition to the reception, the main floor also houses the "Y9" coffee house, which is open to the public and offers locals, holidaymakers and visitors a cozy place to linger thanks to its varied interior design and sun terrace.
