A cozy snack tastes best right where the ingredients are grown.
At the snack bar on the Hinterleiten Organic Farm, you can enjoy homemade treats, fresh farmhouse bread, vegetarian and vegan delicacies, and seasonal dishes—all prepared with love and made primarily from the farm’s own organic produce. Breakfast at the farm is also available for groups by advance reservation.
Behind the organic farm is the Trauschek family, who have dedicated themselves to transforming their former dairy farm into a diverse organic farm. Today, high-quality food is produced here, processed and served right on the farm—authentic, regional, and in harmony with what nature has to offer. The cozy snack bar offers seating for up to eight people in the cozy farmhouse parlor and is also ideal for small celebrations such as birthdays or Christmas parties. For these occasions, Lisi Trauschek customizes the menu and is happy to accommodate her guests’ requests.
