The SANDBAUER Einkehr stands for regional cuisine that originates directly on the farm. What's on the plate is what grows here: organic Angus beef from our own farm and organic brook trout from the spring-fed pond right next to the hotel. Time, tranquillity and careful treatment of animals and nature characterize the quality - visible in the fine marbling of the meat and the unadulterated taste of the fish.
Appreciation is the top priority in the kitchen. According to the nose-to-tail principle, everything that the animal provides is processed - as tradition, respect and good taste demand. Einkehr also remains true to its standards when it comes to the products it uses and prefers to work with small, selected winegrowers and producers.
