Wasserlochschenke

The popular inn in the municipality of Landl is located directly on the B24 main road, between the Landl district of Palfau and the neighboring municipality of Wildalpen. As the name Wasserlochschenke suggests, the restaurant is located right at the entrance to what is probably the most famous Excursion destinations in Landl, the Wasserlochklamm gorge in Palfau. So it's no wonder that numerous hikers quench their thirst in the guest garden above the banks of the Salza. Of course, the Huber family team will spoil you not only with drinks but also with hearty delicacies. Specialties of the house are the "Kulinarium Ofenkartoffel" - huge, crispy baked potatoes with all kinds of sophisticated fillings and the Salzatal waffle treats...

The audience is colorful and not only hikers like to come by for a refreshment. On some days, a colorful mix of cyclists, bikers, kayakers, rafters and divers, pilgrims and excursionists dine on the banks of the Salza.

Larger groups are also very welcome at the Wasserlochschenke.
