Description
The farm has been farmed organically since 1992. Since 2016, Isabella and Martin have been breeding purebred organic Wagyu cattle - a breed of cattle of Japanese origin that stands for the best and highest quality meat. Animal welfare and animal proximity are their top priorities. The animals are also handled in a stress-free and respectful manner during slaughter. The two cut and market the meat directly on their organic farm. Since 2020, they have expanded their farm store and offer a wide range of organic products from the region and from partner farms in the Eisenstraße organic region.
Isabella and Martin want to convey the values of organic farming to their customers and are always happy to have a lively exchange. The online store "nahgenuss.at" and farm tours by appointment offer comprehensive insights and shopping opportunities.
