Description
In 1986, the Kainrath family from Ybbsitz began selling regional meat and sausage products as a down-to-earth butcher's shop. In 1996 they specialized in game processing and butchering. The family's specialties are characterized by hard work, creativity and joie de vivre and reflect the abundance of game in the unspoilt Ybbs Valley. In keeping with the motto "A piece of nature from Austria", the Kainraths have always cultivated a close relationship with nature and their homeland - and are therefore particularly proud to be "ÖTSCHER:REICH" producers.
