During winter, the Ötscher Bergbahnen offer true skiing pleasure at the Großer and Kleiner Ötscher. Classic skiing down the slopes and action-packed sessions in the snow park are just as possible as the child's first skiing course. 19 perfectly groomed slopes are at your disposal.
The small mountain village of Lackenhof is the right address for anyone who wants to enjoy a varied, affordable and car-free winter vacation. 19 kilometers of ski slopes, nine lifts and fair ticket prices are on the doorstep in the Ötscher village. In the "Kinderland" even the smallest ski bunnies are welcome! Here, sports enthusiasts as well as families or après-ski friends of all ages feel right at home.
Advanced skiers get their money's worth on the Great Ötscher Slope, the Riffel Downhill or the FIS Race Course for Giant Slalom, Slalom and Super-G, for example. A Funslope makes for an extra fun skiing adventure. Also passionate ski tourers can choose between different trails.

Off to the cross-country ski trail
If you want to enjoy the silence off the slopes, the best way is to go on the cross-country trail. Cross-country skiers in Lackenhof am Ötscher have a choice of eight trails. 33 kilometers of pistes, 26 of which are shaped in skating style - with magnificent views of the Vaterberg, crisscross the entire village area. Off the slopes
On 12 km of winter hiking trails you can move freely in Lackenhof and enjoy the fresh air. If that's too much peace and quiet for you, you have the chance to feel like a kid again on our groomed tobogganing meadows. Two possibilities are offered to you at once: The Teichwiese sledding field is located in the village center under the Sporthotel, the Ötscherwiese can be found to the right of the Ötscherwiese cross-country skiing training center.
