The vacation apartment is located in Haus Lüftleck in the mountaineering village of Lunz am See. The house was built in 1850 and is in a very quiet location, directly on the old iron road, above the village center of Lunz am See.
The lovingly furnished vacation apartment can accommodate up to 3 people - for families also up to 4 people, as there is a sofa bed (150 cm wide) available. It has a comfortable anteroom, a large bedroom with a new double bed (this can also be pushed apart if required) with a living room alcove, equipped with a cozy couch and a TV. The bathroom has already been renovated and has a WC, shower and washing machine. The boiler room can also be used as a ski cellar.
Haus Lüftleck is located in the immediate vicinity of the church, the bus stop, the Haus der Wildnis, the village square and several grocery stores. Breakfast can be pre-ordered and enjoyed in the nearby Refugium, in the Treffpunkt Wildnis (in the Haus der Wildnis) or in the Genuss Platzer'l. Lake Lunz can be reached on foot in approx. 20 minutes.
Note on price adjustment from January 2026:
From 01.01.2026 our guests can look forward to modernizations: A new floor will be laid in the kitchen and a new kitchen including dishwasher will be installed. This upgrade of the apartment will result in the price per night being adjusted accordingly. Guests who book now for 2026 will therefore already see the new price in the booking system.
