Schauwiese Seisenbachau
Outdoor adventure
Description
The Seisenbachau is a very special biodiversity hotspot. A mosaic of fens, wet meadows and mat-grass meadows has developed on an intact and thick peat body.
With well over 80 plant species, the very species-rich vegetation is dominated by moor grass, brush grass, small sedges and cotton grasses. Numerous impressive and endangered flowering plants, including a number of orchids, still find suitable living conditions here.
