In the multimedia adventure museum "FeRRUM - world of iron" on the historic Ybbsitz market square, visitors can expect an exciting and eventful journey through time into the world of ironworking. The modern exhibition, equipped with interactive stations, provides insights into the blacksmith's craft and shows us how much metal surrounds us.
Perfect technology and state-of-the-art installations, paired with an architectural masterpiece, allow visitors an entertaining and educational journey through the past, present and future. Combine your visit to FeRRUM with a walk along the 3 km long forging mile. A total of eight "milestones" tell hikers about the life of blacksmiths and grinders in the past. An ideal excursion for the whole family.
