As soon as Frau Holle shakes out her snow pillows over Lunz and the natural snow slopes of the Maiszinken turn white, the family ski area for small and grown-up ski aces opens!
The Maiszinken high above Lunzer See Lake is very popular with families for its four and a half kilometres of natural snow slopes, children's playground and sunny location. Visiting it is well worth your while: The Maiszinken ski resort convinces with it's location and great value for money.
For beginners, the children's playground with fairy-tale figures and a free-of-charge magic carpet as well as intermediate exit at the double T-bar lift are a perfect start. Advanced athletes will love the three natural snow slopes with a total length of four and a half kilometres.
