From the Kleinpromau parking lot on the road to Hollenstein to the fork in the road (Sonnbrandtour, Kitzhütte) on the left-hand road past the "Großpromau" house. After approx. 100m turn left to the Zauberfluss and follow the "Bachwanderweg" markings. The path now leads alternately left and right along the stream and after a short ascent you reach the Kitzhüttenstraße and continue to the fork in the road and on the main road back to the starting point.

Coming from Vienna, take A1 to the Amstetten West exit, continue via B121 to Waidhofen an der Ybbs, then take B31 to Hollenstein an der Ybbs.
Coming from the west, take A1 to the Oed exit, via Aschbach Markt on B121, continue on B121 to Waidhofen an der Ybbs, then take B31 to Hollenstein an der Ybbs to the Kleinpromau car park.
