Hiking along the Panoramaöhenweg

Here you can find all the tours of the Panoramahöhenweg, that lead through the Ybbstal Alps.

The Panoramahöhenweg truly lives up to its name.
Breathtaking panoramic views over the gently rolling landscape of the Mostviertel accompany you throughout these hikes.

Thanks to a LEADER project, made possible in collaboration with Mostviertel and ARGE Panoramahöhenweg of the Eisenstraße Niederösterreich, new information stations and scenic viewpoints were created last year, inviting visitors to pause and enjoy. Additionally, new parking areas were added.

Two communities of the Ybbstal Alps are also part of the Panoramahöhenweg: Waidhofen an der Ybbs and Ybbsitz. The tours connecting these towns offer a truly special hiking experience.
