After the parking lot, the path turns right passing the Haberfeld house, the Dürreck and the Frenzberghütte up to the Frenssattel at 1009 m (state border to Upper Austria).

Coming from Vienna take A1 to Amstetten West exit, continue via B121 to Waidhofen an der Ybbs, from there continue on B31 to Hollenstein an der Ybbs.
Coming from the west take A1 to Oed exit, via Aschbach Markt on B121, via B121 to Waidhofen an der Ybbs, from there continue on B31 to Hollenstein an der Ybbs.
